I got two games from Second Chance Games. There was a bit of a hold-up in processing, but that was due to some unexpected family issues on their side, which I totally get. They were super quick and professional when I reached out to check on the status.

Unfortunately, DPD Local was playing games with the delivery, and I was worried I’d have a hassle with them. Thankfully, SCG was nice enough to upgrade my shipping to next day, but it still took 5 days to get to me. This delay definitely wasn’t on SCG.

I’d gladly shop with this company again; they handle orders swiftly and maintain a professional vibe. They’ve got a fantastic selection, and I’ll definitely be back for more in the future.

I stumbled upon Second Chance Games while searching for a game that seemed to be sold out everywhere else. I placed my order on a Friday night, and it showed up on Monday thanks to DPD. I was really impressed with how fast it all happened and the follow-up from customer service when I found out that 4 cards were missing from the game! This was clearly a quality control issue from the game makers since everything was shrink wrapped. After I reached out to Second Chance Games, they quickly got in touch with the game supplier in the USA, and within about a week, those 4 cards were sent to me! I also just ordered some 2mm clippers, which I thought were only available in the USA at first! These folks really get what gamers want and have an awesome range of both new and classic board games. I’ll definitely be back for more board games down the line and highly recommend them if you’re into wargaming!

I've been relying on these folks for ages to snag both new and pre-owned games. If you're on the hunt for a war game, chances are they’ve got it in stock. Their sales get shipped out quickly and come nicely wrapped, plus they’re super helpful on messenger (Facebook) or over the phone for any questions you might throw their way. I’d give them 5 stars, but I wish I could give 6.

I usually don’t write many reviews, but I felt I had to after my recent experiences with SCG. I placed a phone order for a few items, and they were super helpful, even tracking down a hard-to-find game from their stock room. They said it would arrive on Monday (I ordered on Friday), but surprise, surprise, I got an email Saturday morning saying my delivery was coming in just an hour! Awesome inventory and superb support. The one occasion I faced an issue was when I ordered some DVG counter trays that didn’t show up. I reached out to them, and even though they had already shipped them, they sent out another package! Sadly, the first order didn’t make it, but their quick reply and reliability have made me a devoted customer. Appreciate it, folks! :)

Everything is packed with great care; I've never received anything broken, and their communication is spot on.
